CDB to provide 9% cash dividend

Kathmandu, Oct 21 – Civic Development Bank(CDB) has decided to provide 9 percent of cash dividend to its shareholders.
The 80th meeting of the bank's director declared the Dividend Rate. The proposal regarding dividend rate now has to be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval should be submitted in the next general meeting.
Bnak had 12.16 rupees income per share in last fiscal year. The paid up capital of the Dhading located bank is rupees 4 crore.
