Sixth NRNA general convention begins in capital

Kathmandu, Oct 19 – The sixth global conference of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) has started at Soaltee Crowne Plaza here in the capital on Saturday.

 

The theme of the 6th NRN Global Conference & NRNA General Assembly is "NRN's & Nepal : Partners in Prospority".

 

The NRNA-General Assembly will last till 20^th October  whereas Global Conference will be held  on 21st to 22nd October at Tribhuwan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.

 

A total of 1,300 NRNA representatives from 50 countries are taking part in the ongoing convention.

 

It is learnt that five NRNA members including Shesh Ghale, a non-resident Nepali billionaire based in Australia, are vying for the coveted presidential post.The conference will choose a new leadership of the organization for a two-year term.
