Chairman Regmi to head Newyork today

Kathmandu, Sept 26 – Chairman of interim election commisiion khil raj regmi is heading to Newyork in order to participate in the 68th session of United Nations General Assembly.
The assembly will start from tomorrow. Regmi will hold separate meetings with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday, According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).
He will discuss Nepal’s ongoing preparations for the Constituent Assembly elections, conclusion of the peace process, and seek moral and logistical support from the international community, with Ban and Singh.
Regmi will return to Kathmandu on October 1.
