NSP leader Mandal joins UCPN-Maoist

Kathmandu, Sep 22 – A central member of the Nepal Sadbhavana Party Surya Narayan Mandal has joined the UCPN-Maoist on Sunday.
At a programme organised at the residence of UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal at Lazimpat today, Mandal joined the UCPN-Maoist.
Mandal, a resident of Chhinnamasta in Saptari district had received 11,000 votes in the parliamentary election held in 2051 BS.
On the occasion, Chairman Dahal argued that the UCPN-Maoist has emerged as a decisive power to bring people of Madhesi community in the mainstream of the state and to make them empowered.
He added right place would be given to Mandal in the party by evaluating his contribution and role.
Leader Mandal expressed the belief that he would play effective role from his side to make the UCPN-Maoist victorious in the upcoming election to the Constituent Assembly (CA).
