Regmi discuss election preparations with EC officials

Kathmandu, Sep 18 – Chairman of the Election Council of Ministers Khil Raj Regmi and Chief Commissioner of the Election Commission Neel Kantha Upreti and other officials held discussions on Wednesday morning focusing on the next Constituent Assembly (CA) election to be held on November 19.

 

They discussed on the preparations on the election and necessary security arrangement at the meeting held at the prime minister's official residence at Baluwatar, said chairman Regmi's press coordinator Rajendra Pandey.

 

They held serious discussions on moving ahead the election activities by guaranteeing it on the stipulated date.

 

EC Commissioner Dr. Ram Bhakta PV Thakur said discussions were held on the preparations of election and law and order.
