Police arrested 10 FRNF cadres in Biratnagar
Biratnagar, Sep 11- Police arrested 10 cadres of the Federal Republican National Front (FRNF) here on Wednesday morning while they were trying to enforce shutdown of markets, shops and transport services.
The Front has called a Limbuwan, Khumbuwan, Tharuhat and Koch-Madhes area banda saying the government did not address their 16-point demands.
Different eight parties including Mongol Mulbasi Party, Indigenous Nationalities- Madhesi- Muslim- Dalit Republican Front, Khumbuwan National Front and Dalit Republican Front are associated to the Front.
Meanwhile, Urlabari Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) has requested the entrepreneurs not to shut down markets. A joint meeting of the representatives of Urlabari Chamber of Commerce and Industry, political parties, educational institutions and Chiefs of security bodies held this morning urged not to shut down markets. The meeting was held at the initiative of UCCI.
