Insurance worth Rs 15 lakhs for free

Kathmandu, Sep 10 – Election Commission has declared to provide insurance worth 15 lakhs for free to commission officer and employees who directly involves during election process.

 

Around 2 lakhs and 50 thousands people who contributes their effort during election will be provided the insurance facilities for covering the risk against accident and external attack.

 

As per the election commission, commission secretariat, chief election commissioner, election commissioner, employees working for vote counting, the election awaring teachers and volunteers are eligible for the insurance facilities.
