Poll on set time: Mahanta Thakur

Saptari, Sep 2 – Chairman of the Terai-Madhes Loktantrik Party (TMLP), Mahantha Thakur, has said that the election to the Constituent Assembly (CA) fixed for November 19 would be held at any cost.
At a news conference organised by the TMLP, Saptari at Rajbiraj this morning, Thakur said the CA election would not be obstructed no matter if any party boycotts it.
He expressed his belief that the dissenting parties would participate in the CA election as the government and High-Level Political Committee (HLPC) are continuing talks with them.
Thakur further hinted the possibility of joining hands with Madhes-based parties in some places in the election although there was no possibility of forging an alliance among them.
