Father raped own dauhgter

Baitadi, August  18 – It has been revealed that a father raped his own daughter at Salena in Baitadi district recently.

 

A police team of the Area Police Office, Melauli, arrested the father aged 35. The incident came to light six days later after the nine- year old daughter ran away to neighbour´s house next day of the incident from her house. The incident took place on August 12.

 

According to In-charge of the Area Police Office, Shankar Panta, action against the father has been forwarded.

 

Police Inspector Anil Upreti said that health test of daughter has been carried out at the District Hospital, Baitadi.Further investigation into the case is underway, he added.
