80-year-old Dank arrested for raping minor

Biratnagar, August 13 – The Area Police Office, Letang, has arrested an octogenarian on the charge of raping an eight-year-old girl in Morang district.

 

The arrested has been identified as 80-year-old Dank Bahadur Tamang. The man has been reported to have raped the girl at a time when she was alone at her home.

 

The victim girl has been taken under the responsibility of local women and investigation over the case has been forwarded, according to District Police Office, Morang.
