TIA halted its service after runway collapse

Kathmandu, August 11 – The one and only international airport in Nepal -Tribhuwan International Airport(TIA) has halted its service temporarily after a collapse of a section of runway on Sunday.
The landing and takeoff has been suspended from 1.30 to 3.00 pm today.
According to AOC, the three aircrafts of Air India, Air Arabia and Jet Airways, who were set to land at TIA, has been asked to put on hold their flights.
