Indian chickens destroyed at Dhangadi

Dhangadi, August 10 – The illegal import of chickens from India to Nepal has been destroyed  by local Armed team in Dhangadi. Police destroyed 44 piece of live chickens on Saturday. It had destroyed 32's on Tuesday. the local polic destroyed the chickens in suspect of birdflu in them.

 

As per the convener – Jitendra Yadav of the  Investigation Department of Chicken Traders,most of the chickens that have been imported to Nepal are found to have from the Bird flu infected areas in Mumbai.

 

Yadav has also said that kailali region has highest risk of bird flu transmission. In order to prevent from it, india chicken Import should be strictly banned for few days. until the India imported bird flu chickens are destroyed the regions will have fthreat of flu's transmission.
