Unilever to provide 760 percent cash dividend

Kathmandu, August 5 – Unilever Nepal limited has declared to provide 7 hundred and 60 rupees cash dividend per share to its shareholders. Unilever has been the most dividends providing Company yet. However only few of Nepali shareholders will have right over the bonus.

 

Company had made trasaction around 4 Arba 48 crore and 68 lakhs rupees last year. It has earned gross profit after tax of 80 crore and 53 lakhs rupees and has given 80 rupees more on per share price than in comparison to previous year. Company has called 20^th Annual general meeting on October 4.

 

The 120^th meeting of Unilever on Wednesday declared bonus rate to its shareholders. The multinational company, Unilever at present has 9 crore and 21 lakhs rupees  as a paid up capital. It has earned 875 rupees per share.
