Swine Flu detected in humans at Bird flu infected areas

Bhaktapur, August 06 – The residents of Bhaktapur are found to have the viruses of swine flu in them. Few days after the epidemic of bird flu in chickens at bhaktapur, Nepal government had started its campaign to check out the the health of locals to test if the bird flu has been transferred to people. The swine flu viruses has been identified in locals.
As per the Director of Epidemiology and Communicable disease control Department – Doctor, GD Thakur, The sample test among 11 people has concluded the swine flu viruses in 10.
As per Dr. Thakur, swine Flu will have consequences more in Children, pregnant women and older citizens. The department which had Sampled 11 people were between age group 12 months to 78 years. Among them 10 people were found with the flu virus.
