SLC supplementary exams begins today

Bhaktpur, Aug 4 – The School Leaving Certificate, Supplementary Examinations conducted by the Office of the Controller of the Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has begun from Sunday.
Deputy Controller of the Office, Pralhad Aryal, said that the examinations would be held till August 11.
The supplementary examinations have been conducted as a chance examination for those examinees, who failed in upto two subjects in the SLC examinations run from March 14-22.
A total of 111,000 students across the country have sat for the examinations and 236 examination centres have been fixed for the same.
One superintendent, two Assistant Superintendents and one invigilator equal to 25 students have been assigned to each centre.
A total of 55,000 students failed in Science, 50,000 in Maths and 31,000 in English subjects in the SLC examinations held in 2069 BS.
