YCL strike hits lifestyle in Chitwan

Chitwan, July 31 – UCPN -Maoist youth wing, Young Communist League YCL has called chitwan banda on Wednesday.
The strike has affected the lifestyle of local people in the district. The academic institutions, market areas, have been shut down and transportation is being totally halted.
According to the local police – Chitwan, The strike is of YCL has demanded to release six of its cadres who were arrested by the police on Tuesday. As per the district police office, The cadres have been arrested of extorting money with Narayangadh-based businessmen at Putalibazaar in the district.
Those arrestees have been identified as Modraj Neupane, Uttam Gurung, Bishal Marahaththa, Manoj Sherpa, Rabi Parajuli and Bharat Magar.
