Businessmen looted in Lamjung

Lamjung,July 30 – Rs. 80,000 has been looted from two businessmen reaching Archalbot of Lamjung district by a group led by one identifying himself as member of the Tamuwan State Committee of the UCPN-Maoist Rabindra Adhikari, police said.
Adhikari, Pratap Lamichhane and Tikaram BK looted the money from two Madhesi businessmen who reached Archalbot for business.
Bijaya Jaiswal and Natthu Mahato who went to the village after buying stationary from Bhoteodar were robbed of their Rs. 82,000, and one set of mobile, and they filed petition at the Area Police Office Bhoteodar on Sunday saying the three including Adhikari looted them on Saturday.
Police arrested all the three and enquired, and as Adhikari returned mobile and assured to return the amount in three days, they were released on general bail.
