Leader Nepal calls on President Dr Yadav
Kathmandu, July 23 – Former Prime Minister Nepal‚ is visiting India from tomorrow at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister‚ Dr. Manmohan Singh.
KATHMANDU: Senior leader of the CPN-UML, Madhav Kumar Nepal, called on President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav at the Office of the Presidet, Sheetal Niwas, on Tuesday morning.
During the meeting, Nepal shared with the President about his visit to India starting July 24.
On the occasion, President Yadav suggested that major political parties should take initiative to create environment conducive to the CA election and to discourage anti-election activities, said Nepal quoting the President.
Former Prime Minister Nepal, is visiting India from tomorrow at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh.
During the five-day India visit, Nepal is scheduled to meet some senior Indian leaders and address a special programme of Nalanda University.
He will be accompanied by former Deputy Prime Minister and UML General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel and Foreign Affairs expert Rajan Bhattarai.
