Gajurel against talks with pre-condition

Panchthar, July 18 – Vice Chairman of the CPN-Maoist, CP Gajurel, has said his party could not go for talks regarding the High Level Political Committee's (HLPC) letter for talks with conditions to join the election process.
The HLPC had formally called the CPN-Maoist and other poll-opposing parties for talks after they demanded formal call from the HLPC for talks.
Speaking at a press meet organised by the CPN-Maoist District Committee, Panchthar, at Phidim, Gajurel said his party would not step back from Constituent Assembly, adding that the roundtable conference was the best alternative for a way-out to the nation from the current political crisis.
