Paddy cultivation completed by 90%

Kathmandu, july 17 –Nepalese agriculture sector at the moment has completed  total 60% of paddy cultivation  till the begining of Shrawn month.

 

According to the department of agriculture, during previous year, only 50% of the cultivation used to be completed at this time however due to the timely rain fall this year around 90% of the mountain region have completed the cultivation. Similarly hilly region and terai region have completed 75 and 50 % of the cultivation.
