3 died,11 injuired in Siraha accident

Siraha, July 15 – Three people died and eleven others were injured in a road accident this morning. A tractor heading to Mahottari Padaulasthan from Siraha Kachnari overturned on the East-West highway at Karjanha-8 in Siraha district at around 4:00 this morning.
The deceased are Mukesh Yadav, 35, and Ram Satidevi of of Itatatar VDC, and Gulab Devi Yadav of Jighaulai-3, said Area Police Office, Mirchaiya.
The injured are being treated in a local Phulkumari Mahato Memorial Hospital. The injured are said to be out of danger. The tractor was carrying 35 pilgrims towards Padaulasthan. The tractor driver is absconding after the mishap. The accident might have occurred due to over speed, said police.
