Governemnt officials salary increased by 18%

Kathmadnu, July 15 – The budget for the year 2070 /71 B.S. has increased the salary of government staffs by 18% for the government officials. presenting the budget finance minister Shankar Prasad Koirala has declared to provide monthy bonus of 1 thousand to the staffs.
Nepal government was time to time threatened by governmental officials to go for protest if the salary is not increased. The Finance Ministry on Sunday presented the budget of Rs 510 billion.
