Mega closed share division activities

Kathmandu, July 14 – Mega bank has completed its share division activities from today. Mega has divided share giving 6.31 percent to small portion investment holder and 3.67% to large capital holders. During the share issuance the application was more by 22 times of the called one.

 

Total 1 lakhs and 60 thousands people have filled the application however only 1 lakhs 44 thousands and 4 hundred and 56 people only could get the share. Altogether 2 hundred 28 people's share was rejected.

 

25 lakhs 30 thousands 3 hundred and 30 hundred 30 units of shares was divided for small shareholders. And thirty seven lakhs 60 thousands 6 hundred and 70 units of share was divided among big portion Investors.
