Fire gutted the property around 170,000 in illam

Illam, July 14 – A house belonging to Dik Bahadur Sunuwar was destroyed by fire at Lumde-6 in the district last night.
The fire gutted the property including clothes, food grains and other valuables worth around 170,000, said Hem Raj Lamichhane, In-charge at the Gajurmukhi Police Post.
The fire was brought under control with a joint effort of locals and police. The fire was broken out from the oven of the kitchen. Sunuwar's family is compelled to take shelter at neighbors' house.
