5 Nepali killed at Qatar after a vechile ran over them
Kathmandu, July 13 – 5 Nepali workers were killed in Qatar after a four-wheel drive vehicle ran over them when they were waiting for their bus on the roadside on Friday.
One Indian national was also killed in the incident. Indradev Pandey, labour attaché of the Nepali Embassy, said the dead Nepali workers were identified as Bivekanand Sah of Rautahat, Ramchandra Mahato of Mahottari, Arjun Gautam of Gorkha, and Asharam Tharu and Patbari Chaudhary of Bardiya.
Their bodies are kept at Hamad Hospital. As per the news sorce,during the incident at Quatar, Aitabari Chaudhary of Bardiya fractured his leg in the incident.
The Nepalis were working at Satiya Group at the labors. Post-mortem of the deceased has been completed and the efforts are underway to bring their bodies at home.
