CIAA to include banks and insurance sector under its framework

Kathmandu, July 11 – Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority(CIAA) has decided to  include private banking  and insurance sector under its framework 

 

As per the news published in Annapurna post, the Commission till the period had right to investigate and punish government officers only however according to the Commission for the investigation of  authority law 2048 act section 2 – and corruption  deterrence act 2059 section 2, the decision regarding private banks and insurance company to be brought under the frame of investigation authority has been made.

 

As soon as the implementation of the decision, no private banks and insurance company will have chance to cheat the general people.
