Nine injured in Sindhupalchwok bus Accident

Cautara, July 11 – As many as nine people were injured in a road accident in Sindhupalchowk on Wednesday evening.
The accident took place at Sitapokhari-9. A mini truck (Ba 3 Kha 1535) heading to Nawalpur from Banepa plunged into the Gahate rivulet some 200 metres down from the road.
The truck fell after the driver lost control of the vehicle, said Nawalpur Area Police.
The injured are being treated at Dhulikhel Hospital. The truck driver Raj Kumar Shrestha, Bijaya Shrestha and Laxmi Parajuli who sustained serious injuries have been referred to the Kathmandu Medical College, said Inspector Hari Krishna Khatri.
The truck was carrying electric transformer and blocks.
