Prithvi Highway blocked due to landslide

Chitwan, July 11 –
Traffic along the Prithvi Highway, which was obstructed from 8:30 am this morning, has been resumed from 10:00 am on Thursday.
The traffic was obstructed along the highway after landslides occurred near Mugling Bazaar.
According to the Area Police Office, Mugling, the highway that was obstructed from 8:30 am resumed after around two hours.
The traffic resumed after landslides were removed by a dozer.
Vehicles stranded on the way are headed towards their destinations.
Prithvi Highway blocked due to landslide
The Prithvi Highway has been blocked by a landslide that occurred at Darechok near Muglin on Thursday morning.
Hundreds of vehicles and passengers are stranded after the landslide blocked the road.
The landslide fell from Dharapani precipice near Muglin bazaar at around 8:30 am and blocked the road, the Muglin Police said.
Work is underway with full speed to remove the landslide deposit and it will take an hour to clear the road, said the District Police Office, Chitwan.
