ADB to provide 8 crore to Nepal for Water management

Kathmandu, July 3 – Asian Development Bank is providing 8 crore ruppes for the management of water in Nepal. The amount will be used by Kathmandu Valley Water Supply limited and Kathmandu Valley water supply Management board for the promotion of drinking water in Kathmandu valley.
The amount is to be provided for the management of water that has been going waste. The aid also aims for the operation of rain harvesting system. Mentioned amount will also be used to maintain purity in rivers of Kathmandu valley. The programme will last till 2018 december.
