Koshi Gas’ Gaidakot-based plant sealed

Nawalaparasi, July 02 – A monitoring team led by Chief District Officer (CDO) Keshav Raj Ghimire on Monday sealed Koshi Gas’ Gaidakot-based refilling plant after it was found selling under-weight cooking gas cylinders.
The inspection also revealed that cooking gas cylinders distributed by Sirjana Enterprises were found weighing up to 3 to 4 kg less than actual weight of 14.2 kg.
The locals had protested against the cheating of the gas company and demanding action against them. The people had filed complaints after the cooking gas did not last long compared to previous days.
