Janakpur remains waterlogged
Janakpur, June 29 – The continious rainfall since last night has made Janakpur remain waterlogged.
The main chowk of Janakpur Mills Area to Bhanuchowk has become waterlogged and most of the houses here are inundated.
The locals of Ward No. 10 are urging for help, as they are compelled to sleep putting beds one above the other, said one Pushkar of Devichowk.
The problem is created due to lack of proper clearing of the drainages to Jalad and Dudhmati rivers.
It is noted that most of the office buildings are waterlogged in the area.
