BOK and ILFC, near in sate to be merged
Kathmandu, June 28 – Bank of Kathmandu(BOK) and International leasing and finance company(ILFC) limited has reached in very near condition to be merged.
Before it was said to be merged with Grand Bank Nepal. According to BOK they have been discussing with ILFC bank regarding merger processes. They have also planned to merge with other institution as well.
The legal aggrement would be made after the special meeting an shrawan 6 this year. After the merger ILFC's two arba rupees would be added to bank of kathmandu's capital.
