Cardamom production getting high in Gorkha

Gorkha, June 27 – The production on cardamom has increased in Gorkha district this year and so does the business.
The VDC of the district such as hansapur, kharibot, kerabari, thalajung, ghyalchowk has produced 10 quintal cardamom.
The farmers have been doing business farming in 8o hector of the area. The locals have been selling cardamom at the price of 22 hundred per kilogram.
Till the period this year, total of 6o lakhs cardamom has been traded.
