Chinese councillor Yang arriving in kathmandu
Kathmandu, May 24 – Chinese State Councillor Yang Jiechi is arriving in Kathmandu on Monday on a two-day visit.The official visit is supposed to express Chinese support and solidarity with the ongoing political as well as election processes.
Yang will call on Acting President Paramananda Jha, Chairman Regmi. The Chinese official will discuss bilateral issues with Minister for Foreign and Home Affairs Madhav Ghimire. He will meet top leaders of all major political parties.
Yang will also discuss on Preparations for Constituent Assembly elections, growing anti-Tibet activities, and Chinese investment in Nepal’s infrastructure sector, including upgradation of the Ring Road.
The visit will be concerened on the foundation stone for upgradation of the Ring Road.
