FNCCI condemns attack on businesses

Kathmandu, June 17 – The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has condemned the instances of attacks on business entrepreneurs and acts of vandalism in their businesses during the nationwide shutdown called by the 33 different political parties on Sunday.
The cadres affiliated to different political parties during the shutdown attacked and vadalised the business of the people in some parts of the country including Khotang district, said the FNCCI.
The apex body of the business community also said that shutdown protest is not favourable for the national economy and political parties should refrain from organising it
