Nepali rupee hits all time low against US dollar

Kathmandu, June 11 – The Nepali Rupee has depreciated to an all time low against the US dollar, dropping by Rs. 1.34 in a single day against the greenback.
Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the exchange rate at Rs. 92.93 per dollar for Tuesday.
The value of US dollar had reached the highest at Rs. 91.88 on June 23 last year.
The value of Nepali currency has dipped following the depreciation of Indian currency (IC) against the US dollar. India’s rupee had dropped to an all time record low of IRs. 57.54 per dollar on Monday.
