SLC Result Likely To Published Today

Kathmandu, June 11 – The Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE) is set to publish the results of the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examinations on Tuesday.

The OCE´s board meeting is currently underway at its office in Bhaktapur to take the formal decision to this effect.

Reports quoted an OCE official as saying that if OCE fails to publish the results on Tuesday, then it will certainly publish it on Wednesday morning.

This year’s (2069 BS) SLC examinations was concluded on March 22. A total 547,165 students across the country had sat for the examinations. The office has sought additional Rs. 90 million from the government for publishing the results.

The SLC results could be viewed at www.moe.gov.np, www.doe.gov.np, www.soce.gov.np incuding slc.ntc.net.np websites. One can also know the results through SMS service available at 1400, 5001, 2722, 5566, 2333, 4949, and 5225. To check the result, type: SLC <space> Symbol numbers and SMS these numbers. The results could also be known by calling 1600 from Nepal Telecom’s land line phones.
