Jhapa, June 4 – The heavy rain has caused widespread damage to crops and vegetables in Jhapa district.
Normal life in Jhapa district has been affected due to continuos heavy rainfall occurred since Monday evening.

Maize planted in hundreds of hectares of land has been leveled while vegetable farms in different places were also inundated due to the rainfall.
