Sagarmatha to provide highest rate of dividend till the history

Kathmandu, May 30 – Sagarmatha Insurance company has decided to provide 1 hundred and 29 percent dividend to its shareholders.

 

It is the highest dividend till the history of Nepal Bema Insurance Company. Beema Samiti has given right to the company for distributing 129% of share. The decision will be implemented after the general meeting of fiscal Year 2068/2069 approves.

 

According to the company the 16^th annual meeting of company is to be celebrated at the mid of Ashad.

 

The shareholders will get 1 hundred percent of bonous share and 23 percent cash dividend after deducting tax rate. Beema Samiti after ordered bema company to raise its paid up capital by 25 crore company is working for increasing capital.
