Yadav confers 189 persons on Republic day

Kathmandu, May 29 – President Ram Baran Yadav has presented different decorations, titles, and medals on the occasion of the Republic Day to 189 different personalities for their contribution in different sectors.

 

According to Under Secretary at the Office of the President Surya Prasad Aryal, six persons have been honoured with the Manpadavi Sukrtimaya Rastradeep, 60 with Suprabal Janasewashree, and 74 with the Prabal Janasewashree.

 

Similarly, 16 persons won the Janasewashree.

 

Likewise, Alankar Nepal Pratav Subhushan has been awarded to six persons, Nepal Pratap Abhushan and Samajsewa Ratna to two each.

 

Furthermore, Mahapaurakh Bhaskar has been given to one and Nepal Pratap Bhushan to two persons.

 

The Office of the President said that two persons have been given Samajsewa Medal, Sukriti Medal to seven, Birata Medal to five and Saurya, Prakritik Prakop Piditoddhar and Bikas Ratna Medal to two each. RSS
