Government brings limitation for cooperatives

Kathmadnu, May 28 – The Nepal government has leveled the advertisement policy of cooperatives. According to the policy, Cooperatives can't use the signboard of dimension more than 6 fit length and 3 feet breadth.

 

The sign board should be made on green background with white word for organizations name, registration no and can hold only one board. Cooperative can't use the sentences of government approval in the board.

 

Cooperatives can't use the name like banks, investment, development, financial institutions, company and many such words and even if any cooperatives are using with mentioned name the concerned department has warned them to change their name.

 

Along with it cooperatives can't advertise on papers, television and FM. The concerned department has provided the deadline till 15 days from today to remove the illegal sign board.
