NIC and BOA Nepal merging their transaction

Kathmandu, May 27 – Nepal industrial Bank and commercial bank (NIC) and Bank of Asia Nepal is trying to merge their business. Nepal Rastra Bank has already given them the permission for this bank to merge.

 

The bank will merge its branch branch, relocate repeated branch and manage employee till Ashad 16.after then joint transaction will be performed. the bank of asia has valued its 50% share with NIC for the merge.

 

The paid up capital in the bank after the merger will be 31 crore rupees. Before the merge the per no of share of Nic bank was 468 and bank of Asia was transacting for Rs. 228 per no of share.

 

After the merge the 90% of director will be appointed of NIC bank. The post of CEO will be continued by Nic banks Sasin Joshi.

 

The total deposit that NIC bank and Bank of Asia Nepal has at the present is 21 arba and 15 arba rupees respectively.
