How to you define grande tower which has been under construction by CE private limited in brief?

CE construction private limited is established  in 1992 with the view to promote construction as a industrial sector. We prioritize real state sector. It has been operating under the concept of multiple housing company. CE construction private limited has been brought for the development of Tokha area. The area has got Nepal's biggest project – Grande tower. Among those housing  of 11 towers, 6 towers has been completed and people are using it as a residence and the 23th floor tower (tallest housing in nepal) is on construction process.

 

The name of grande tower is somehow different than others, how was the concepts developed as you have named it from the name of planets?

 

There is not much specialty about its naming through the name of planets. Many other companies name their building with the name of Himalayans and mountains and we did it through planets name. However the central and tallest tower is named as sun tower for its mentioned feature.

 

What different feature does this apartment and housing have as it is known as Nepals first tallest building with international standard?

C.E construction is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and the tower is constructed with the view of maintaining  quality of international level standard. The tower has been made on 54 roapanies with 70% of open area. Only 30 %of total land is occupied by building. The tower has the facilities of Movie Theater, restaurants, department store, table tennis court, basketball court, nursing station, day care. The apartment has got lift facilities as well and the main feature of the building is it has around 70% of vacant area. 

 

Earthquake resistance capacity is the most essentials need these days in building the house, in this context what security features does the building have in case of earthquake?

Differently, our main priority on building tower is about earthquake resistance. The building has been designed by desirable structure Engineer Company and we have presented the design to the building construction department and after modifying the weaknesses the building has been approved by all the processes of construction. We never go for the building construction which does not have earthquake resistance. We never compromise on quality.

What packages have you brought to attract average and low income people in case of garnde tower and other housing that your company handles?

Grande tower is the project with high facilities and cost. It was initially targeted for the high earning people. However later we designed it on various square fit. The apartment is made from 40/5 square fit to the 5000 square fit thus we have let the customer variety of apartments with alternative price. Our range for housing starts from 30 lakhs to 3 crore Nepali rupees and same is the case in Grande tower. As per the facilities provided in housing, the price is not too high and we have started housing project with the motto of ''Housing for all''. Thus it is for all average and high class people.

 

What is the situation regarding public participation in housing and how have you viewed its future?

In the modern age, people want their home to be fulfilled with quality facilities. The awareness has risen in public regarding quality house.

Before few years back there was problem to buy housing and apartments. The unethical price rise was the main problem however the situation has been changed. Unethical price rise has stopped. Housing price has been regularize in proper way. There is engineering value growth on the price of housing. Moreover people can buy housing and apartment these days at any time.

Furthermore the installmet paid up system and easy loan for CE constructions housing is attracting no. of people towards us.Thus people's participation is increasing and the prospect of its enhancement in future seems bright.
