Mechi petro workers call indefinite strike

Kathmandu, May 23 – All the pumps will be closed until and unless the demands were addressed..
KAKADVITTA: All petrol pumps in Mechi Zone will remain closed from today.
All Nepal Petroleum Workers' Association announced the closure of Mechi Zone based petrol pumps after the Association and the petroleum dealers failed to reach an agreement regarding issuing the appointment letters to the workers.
All the pumps will be closed until and unless the demands were addressed, said Dipak Baral, Coordinator at the Association.
