Tourist arrivals Increase in Bhedetar

Dhankuta, May 20 – The number of tourists visiting Bhedetar, a hill station on the way to Dhankuta from Dharan, has increased these days. With the rise in temperature, tourists from Tarai come to visit the place for sightseeing.
One can get an arresting view of the Himalayan range from here. Besides, the weather is cool.
More than 600 tourists visit the place daily, increasing the business of hotels and resorts, said Jitendra Rumdali, Secretary at the Hotel Association of Bhedetar.
There are more than two dozen luxurious and some other normal hotels in operation at Bhedetar, said Rumdali.
The hotels operated here are carrying out transactions worth over one million rupees daily.
