Democratic forces should be united in CA election

Kathmandu, May 17 – Leader of the Nepali Congress, Shekhar Koirala, has said all the democratic forces should be united in the upcoming Constituent Assembly (CA) elections as the Unified CPN-Maoist has interfered in different bodies of the state one after another.
Speaking at a programme organised by the Centre for Social Democracy in Balmiki Campus, Bhrikutimandap, today, he said youths and students should work to create environment for the election for strengthening democracy.
During the programme, leader Koirala released an album of songs written about Nepal Students Union (NSU) and the Free Students Union (FSU) election, by Surya Kumar Chhetri and vocal rendered by Bimali Chhetri.
Also speaking in the programme presided over by Organisation Chairman Dinesh Thapaliya, were NSU Chairman Ranjeet Karna, central members Lekhnath Pokhrel, Santosh Kattel and Narayan Bharati among others. RSS
