BBA : A platform for better manager

Scope of management is increasing all where, from national level to international scenario. Thus identifying owns capacity and choosing faculties of owns quality has become the most challenging task to every student.

 

Since few years later the trend of education system in Nepal has somehow developed. University, Students has focused on more practical courses rather than gathering theories. The area of study has been wider. with the developed situation in education system BBA – Bachelor in Business Administration has attracted hundreds of students each year.

 

BBA at present is considered as the most secure studies to the student. It has become one of the worldwide chosen courses. It is said that after reading BBA students will have sure to get jobs in banks and financial institutions. A practical Knowledge with regular research, presentation and field visit and a wider scope of study is the reason why people are attracted towards it.

 

In BBA students can experience variety of courses and broad practical knowledge. It is centralized not only on producing manager but a successful manager with enhanced communication skills and also a sociable manager.

 

In a country like Nepal the no. of industries are very low and among them most are in a state to shut down. The major cause for shut down of industry is due to lack of proper management system.

 

As BBA provides students with knowledge regarding financing, production and investment activities, the national and international market are focusing for economic study. The better solution for all these can be fulfilled by BBA.

 

BBA doesn't offer much scope by itself, unless you follow it up with a good MBA. After which you will start off as an executive or assistant manager in any of the business organizations, manufacturing companies, export or trading houses, financial concerns, banks, NGOs, PSUs or multinational corporations.

 

In recent market scenario the financial sectors is being expanded on each step. Fulfilling qualified and experienced person to match the job position has become a greatest challenge to the organization. Thus BBA provides students a quality and makes them efficient to compete in managerial sector. As it focuses on creating job rather than confining in an organization as an employee. Thus BBA with no dought has made the education sector strong and financial sector more competent and powerful.
