The Nepal-Canada Entrepreneurs Committee is formed.

Kathmandu, May 6 – The Nepal-Canada Entrepreneurs Committee has been formed on monday to promote trade and investment between the two countries.
The committee was formed following talks held between the visiting Canadian delegation of investors and Nepal entrepreneurs at the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI) central office.
Likewise, a memorandum of understanding was signed on the occasion to form the FNCCI Indo-Canadian Business Chamber (ICBC) in order to garner mutual benefit through expansion of tri-lateral economic relations between Nepal, India and Canada.
In the presence of FNCCI President Suraj Baidhya and Canadian Ambassador to Nepal Stewart Beck, Director of the FNCCI Hemant Dawadi and CEO of ICBC Nadira Hamid signed the agreement towards that end. (FNN)
