FM urged UAE to invest in hydropower.

Kathmandu, April 24 – The meeting held at the Ministry of Finance on Tuesday has focoused UAE to invest in hydropower. During the meeting Finance Minister Shanker Prasad Koirala urged the government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to make investments in Nepal’s hydropower sector.
Koirala also expressed that the bilateral relations between the two nations would be possible through investmentto inform the ambassador of the UAE to Nepal Mohamed Sultan Abdalla Al Owais.
Koirala urged the ambassador to support to bring investment in Nepal's potential sectors by encouraging the UAE's investors.
In response, Ambassador Owais informed that the UAE’s delegation is coming to Nepal to study the potential sectors for investment. He also said that the UAE investors are eager to make investment here.
