New British Ambassador to Nepal arrived in Ktm.

Kathmandu, April 20 – The Andrew James Sparkes (newly appointed British Ambassador to Nepal) arrived here in Kathmandu on Saturday to take up his duties.
He succeeds to John Tucknott as the head of British mission in Nepal.
On his arrival in Kathmandu, Sparkes has expressed his happiness said to arrive in Nepal as British Ambassador. He has also wished all the Nepalese a New year (2070) wishes.
According to the British Embassy, Sparkes recently finished a secondment to the European Union as Deputy Head of the largest EU civilian mission in the world, the EU Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo. Prior to that he served as an Ambassador to Kosovo, Democratic Republic of Congo and the Republic of Congo.
